Precision Stamping Dies

At the core of our business is precision tooling. We design and manufacture progressive dies, transfer dies, and tandem dies for complex large and medium-sized parts. Using advanced CAD/CAM software including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CATIA, our team of 35 experienced die designers and technicians ensures every die meets exacting specifications. With an annual capacity of approximately 2,000 sets of medium and small stamping dies, we deliver automotive stamping dies that consistently produce high-quality parts throughout their service life.

Custom Sheet Metal Parts Production

From prototyping to mass production, we deliver custom sheet metal parts for automotive, household appliance, and industrial applications. Our sheet metal fabrication capabilities include laser cutting, bending, welding, and powder coating. We process a wide range of materials including multiphase steel, aluminum alloys, custom rolled and welded plate, and stainless steel, giving our customers the flexibility to choose the optimal material for each application.

Precision Inspection Fixtures

Quality assurance is only as good as the tools used to measure it. We manufacture high-precision checking fixture solutions that are GD&T-compliant and designed for rapid, repeatable dimensional verification. Our press dies and checking fixtures are delivered as matched sets, ensuring that the tooling used for production and the fixtures used for inspection are perfectly aligned. This integrated approach reduces measurement uncertainty and accelerates part approval processes.

Welding Jigs and Assembly Fixtures

We also provide custom welding jigs, fixtures, and modular tooling systems that enhance accuracy and repeatability in welding processes. Our capabilities include robotic MIG welding, spot welding, and manual welding techniques, supported by precision jigs designed for each specific application. From chassis welding jigs to pipe and tube welding fixtures, our tooling solutions help customers achieve consistent weld quality across production runs.
