Over 20 years of precision engineering — from tool design to high-volume production under one roof
When you need precision metal components for automotive, appliance, or industrial applications, the quality of your tooling determines everything. A poorly designed stamping die leads to scrap, downtime, and costly rework. The right partner, on the other hand, delivers consistent output, tight tolerances, and long-term cost savings.
DIAN STAMPING — the manufacturing division of LINHAI DIAN MOULD CO., LTD — has been delivering precisely that since 2003. Based in Huangyan, Taizhou, Zhejiang, China, the company has grown into a comprehensive one-stop manufacturer of progressive die stamping tooling, sheet metal parts, checking fixtures, and welding jigs. With a 50,000 m² facility, around 110 employees, and clients that include KIA, BYD, Toyota, Honda, Suzuki, and Geely, DIAN STAMPING brings factory-direct capability to global buyers.

What Makes Progressive Die Stamping the Right Process for Your Parts
Progressive die stamping is a highly efficient metal forming method where a coil of sheet metal is fed through a series of stations within a single die set. Each station performs a different operation — cutting, bending, drawing, punching — so that a finished part emerges at the final station with every stroke of the press. This makes it ideal for high-volume production of complex parts where consistency and speed are critical.
DIAN STAMPING specializes in progressive, transfer, and tandem dies for large and medium-sized complex automotive components. Whether you need body-in-white panels, door system reinforcements, seating system brackets, or chassis components, the company's engineering team of approximately 35 die designers and technicians works closely with your specifications to develop tooling that maximizes production efficiency and part quality.
Precision Metal Stamping Dies Designed for Your Application
At the heart of every successful stamping operation lies a well-engineered die. DIAN STAMPING designs and manufactures metal stamping dies that handle a wide range of materials — including multiphase steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and custom rolled and welded plate. The die workshop spans approximately 4,000 m² and is equipped with modern CNC machining, EDM, and surface grinding capabilities.
The company offers both steel stamping dies (typical delivery: 30–40 days) and casting stamping dies (typical delivery: ~70 days), with customization available from 2D drawings, 3D data, or physical samples. Prototype services are also available, allowing you to validate your part design before committing to full production tooling.
"We are a factory, not a trading company. Every die we build is designed, machined, assembled, and tested in our own workshop — giving our customers direct control over quality, cost, and delivery."
Beyond Tooling: Sheet Metal Parts, Checking Fixtures, and Welding Jigs
DIAN STAMPING is not just a die maker — it is a full-service manufacturing partner. Once your tooling is ready, the company can produce the stamped parts themselves, handling everything from prototype runs to high-volume production. The sheet metal parts division covers automotive stamping, household appliance components, and custom fabrication, with secondary operations including laser cutting, bending, welding, and powder coating.
Quality assurance is driven by precision checking fixture solutions. DIAN designs and builds GD&T-oriented inspection fixtures that allow fast, repeatable verification of stamped parts and welded assemblies. This eliminates individual measurement variation and ensures every shipment meets your specifications. The company also manufactures custom welding jigs for accurate, repeatable positioning during assembly — covering spot welding, TIG welding, and fixture-based production.
Quality Systems and Certifications You Can Rely On
DIAN STAMPING operates under ISO 9001 quality management and follows IATF 16949-oriented automotive manufacturing practices. The facility uses in-line inspections, CMM (coordinate measuring machine), and 3D scanning to verify dimensional accuracy throughout production. This commitment to quality is reflected in the company's long-standing partnerships with major automotive OEMs across more than 10 countries.
The company's planned new 35,000 m² facility — featuring additional press and coating lines — will further expand production capacity and capability, positioning DIAN STAMPING to meet growing demand from global automotive and industrial customers.
